		LOUD INDUSTRIAL RINGERS

		The Stinger Ringers have been providing ringing in noisy industrial areas for over 20 years Stinger 90: Model 196 - no external power required, operates from the telephone line, suitable for indoor/outdoor use, switch selectable volume, 110 dba loudness Stinger 24: Model 198 - requires 24VDC, operates from a contact closure, full volume control, 110dba loudness

		Common Ringing Matrix The Model 173 allows for connecting up to 3 central office lines together for the purpose of operating one common ringer. Two or more 173s can be ganged together for connecting more C.O. lines. The model 173 provides two different outputs upon detecting ringing, 1.) standard ringing voltage, and 2.) dry relay contacts normally open.

		POWERFAIL UNITS

		Keep your phone lines operating during emergencies. Inbound and outbound communications are maintained during emergency power outages. Calls that are in progress, are not lost upon restoral, auto sensing restores only after lines go idle. The Model 154 unit connects 8 incoming central office lines directly to 8 dedicated telephones during interruptions in power - 48 VDC, operation, provides auto ground start, 3 methods of initializing transfer manual, auto sensing or removal of power. The Model 154A provides the same functionality as the 154 but is a 24VDC unit, and can be ordered with its own 24VDC plug-in power supply.

		CALL MONITORING SYSTEMS

		Improve agents’ performance through Live Monitoring with Dees’ Service Observing Units You can easily monitor calls from your telephone and, when necessary, join in on the call to offer assistance. It’s ideal for training and evaluating telephone sales and service representatives. Nothing is heard by either party on the line (tone alert is optional). The CM-10 lets you monitor up to 10 lines; the CM-30 handles 30 lines and is expandable to 90 lines by adding CMX-300 Expanders. They can be used on most Centrex, PABX, key system, and C.O. lines

		DMA-100, Digital Telephone Monitoring Adapter The DMA-100 allows the Dees’ Call Monitoring systems to be used on most digital telephone systems that have modularly connected handsets. The DMA-100 is a custom modular adapter that splits the handset cord and has a 16-foot pigtail terminated with a RJ-11 plug that connects to the Call Monitoring system.

		REMOTE ACCESS SYSTEM

		DeesLink, Remote Access Model 340 DeesLink is a secure, multi-user, programmable remote access unit. DeesLink provides remote dial in access to your office communications systems or Dees call monitoring units with complete password protection against unauthorized use. With DeesLink you can allow multiple users access to your communications systems, each with their own individual profiles. Accessibility and user features are programmed as user profiles in non-volatile memory. DeesLink supports one user at a time, but allows up to 8 different user profiles.

		RECORDING INTERFACES

		4 Port Analog Converter M1/SL-1 PBXs or Norstar key systems The MRI-320 offers line selectability when recording from Meridian Digital Terminals or a Norstar Key System. One MRI-320 will interface 4 telephone sets to a multi-channel voice recorder or call monitoring system. Line selectability, audio gain adjustment, diagnostic control and self testing ensure quality performance and reliability. Compatible with M1, SL-1 and SL100 PBXs, and Norstar Key Systems. M1, SL1 and Norstar are trademarks of Northern Telecom. Installation Kit The MRI-321 is a complete termination kit for connecting the MRI-320, it includes a 6‘ 25 pair connectorized cable with a bix mounting block.

		MERIDIAN DIGITAL CENTREX ENHANCEMENTS

		Adapt your Meridian Digital Centrex lines for analog connections Here’s an economical way to operate analog equipment on MDC lines. The CTA-369 lets you directly connect modems, secure phones, card readers, auto dialers, answering machines, fax machines and cordless phones. Save the cost of additional lines.

		Make your Meridian Business Set ring the way you want! The DSI-375 gives you lots of ringing options plus ten distinctive ringing choices so you’ll have complete control over the way your P-phone (Meridian Business Set) rings - connects to external loud ringer (model 198) through normally open contacts, change the “splash tone” to normal ringing, make your phone ring even when you’re off hook, set up “hold recall” to ring, plus much more custom functionality.

		Recording line selectability on MBS sets Record only those lines you choose to on your MBS set. The CRI-376 is programmable as to which line appearance will be recorded, provides a “contact closure” upon detection of an “off-hook” condition, plus other recording fl exibilities.

		Increase the operating range of Northern Telecom’s DMS-100 switch up to 70% CLE- 373. With this loop extender you can increase the range of Meridian Digital Centrex service by 70% — from 15,000 feet to as much as 26,000 feet! Voice, message signaling and DC power are extended. Installation is fast and easy in standard VF card cages at the Central Office.

		Meridian Digital Centrex Serial Interface The CSI-380 is a serial interface that captures Caller-ID plus all call signaling information that is transmitted between the Meridian Business set and the central office. The unit allows application programmers full access to all Meridian Digital Centrex services and features.

		Mounting Bracket For all of the MDC adapters the Model 106 mounting bracket allows for mounting the units vertically in a rack or on the wall. Saves time and space.

		CALL RECORDING SYSTEMS

		TC-04 Multi Line Recorder - Self-contained, does not require a PC, simultaneously record and playback, stores up to 2,800 hours of conversation, records up to 4 analog lines, archive recordings to PC via USB.

		Phone 2PC The Phone 2PC is a single-line digital recording system that is compatible with all digital and analog telephones. Handset connectivity at the phone and USB at your PC makes installation easy and fast. Features of the Phone 2PC are: time & date stamping of each recording, voice annotation, announcement manager, beep-tone option, emailing, scheduled recordings, query fields for fast retrieval of recordings, record-on-demand and full-time recording.

		Xtension Recorder The Xtension Recorder is simple, intuitive and powerful software based single-line recorder, which is expandable. The XR system is compatible with Nortel, Avaya, Toshiba, Panasonic, etc. (see a complete list on our web site www.dees.com). Features included are: Caller-ID capture, dialed number, detailed search query, password protection, emailing, note annotation on recordings, room recording plus complete management administration of the recorded calls.
